WHY I CREATED VERO

I’m Adamo, founder of VERO and a professional barber based in Montreal.

I work with different hair types, textures, and styles every day. After trying countless products behind the chair, I kept finding the same problem — many felt heavy, overcomplicated, or simply didn’t give the finish I wanted.

So I created something simpler.

Premium styling products designed by a barber, made for everyday use.

My Italian heritage is also a big part of the brand. On visits to Italy, I was inspired by the effortless style, attention to detail, and confidence that shaped the look and feel of VERO.

VERO means “true” in Italian.

Which VERO product is right for me?

It depends on the style and finish you want. Curl Cream is designed for definition and softness. Pomade provides stronger control with a matte finish. Sea Salt Spray adds texture and volume, while Texture Powder gives lightweight lift, texture, and hold.

Are VERO products suitable for all hair types?

How do I use Sea Salt Spray?

Apply evenly through damp or dry hair and work it through with your hands. Blow-dry for added volume and movement, or let your hair dry naturally for a more relaxed, textured finish.

How do I use Curl Cream?

Work a small amount evenly through damp hair. Scrunch or shape the hair into place, then let it air dry or use a diffuser depending on the finish you want. Start with a small amount and add more if needed.

How do I use Pomade?

Start with a small amount and work it between your hands before applying it through dry or slightly damp hair. Style into place and gradually add more product if you want additional hold or control.

How do I use Texture Powder?

Apply a small amount to dry hair, focusing around the roots where you want extra lift. Work it through with your fingers and shape your hair into place. A little goes a long way.

Can I use multiple VERO products together?

Yes. VERO products can be layered depending on the style you're creating. For example, Sea Salt Spray can be used as a pre-styler for texture and volume before finishing with Pomade or Texture Powder for additional control and hold.
